Part exchange bought one car and returned another recently but this is the fourth time dealing with the garage fantastic service which can be trusted super people would trust with confidence

I’ve bought two cars from TMC, both times they were good to deal with. I bought a Mini convertible as a stop gap while my van was off the road for a couple of months. Eventually it was uneconomical to repair my van, during which time I realised the Mini was not for me, I needed something bigger. I returned to TMC who gave me a fair price for the Mini and I bought a Ford Galaxy instead, which I’m happy to say is great to drive. Based on my experiences, I’m happy to recommend TMC if you’re in the market for good used car.

Can’t fault TMC. I went and viewed a car which we found online; although it had FSH, there was no documentation of the cam belt/water pump having been changed. Shahbaz had his mechanic do both these of items as well as putting the car through an MOT, rectifying any advisories which were present on the previous MOT and repairing any new advisories which came up. A couple of issues relating to the front suspension were identified before the MOT which were swiftly rectified prior to the MOT and I collected the car with a full (clean) MOT.Whilst driving the car home, I noticed a knocking coming from the rear, I contacted Shahbaz and he booked the car in the following week. His mechanic agreed that there was a noise but struggled to identify the cause. New Shock absorbers and drop links were ordered as a starting point and this seems to have rectified the noise. I have no doubt that if either of these items weren’t the cause, Shabaz would have continued replacing the suspension components until the issue was identified. All of this was done at no charge to myself and Shahbaz even delivered the car back to my home address once the work was completed. He literally couldn’t have been more helpful during the sale and aftercare!I will be using TMC for all future servicing work on the car and cannot recommend TMC and Shahbaz enough. Searching for a used car is stressful enough; especially with the number of unscrupulous car dealers out there who are out to make a sale and then take no responsibility for any faults which should have been identified prior to sale. TMC has a number of cars in stock to suit all budgets, the staff are helpful and do not put any pressure on you to make a sale. I would definitely buy from them again! Thanks again Shahbaz and TMC!

Great experience. The buying process was very straight forward, not selling pressure & I feel we got a great value deal. They are very good at meeting customer needs at all stages. We bought a car from here in January via a broker and the car was delivered as we dont live locally. We vought in a rush as our car was written off jn a crash and we needed the car for our jobs and we have 3 kids. so we didn't view the car. It didn't feel quite right to drive but having never had an autimatic car we thought it normal. Felt older than our previous car of the same model and make although a newer reg. Driver seat very worn so I wondering if it preciously a taxi?? Mileage didn't really add to up to a taxi though. The brakes scraped and there was a knocking on one side the steering felt off to one side also. I wanted to return the car but to be fair on Shabaz he paid for the works to be carried out in total it was £900 worth of work so we kept it. Its never felt quite right and in June the car started to drive even worse, kept stalling and couldnt find the right gear ( an automatic). Turns out the gear box is totally wrecked!! Shabaz didn't reply to my emails regarding the issue but this was 6 months after purchase. The broker and Paragon bank ( car loan lendor) took it from there but sadly no way to prove the gear box had an issue at point of purchase and we had thr car more than 6 months. It' s just cost us £4500 for gear box to be replaced. So in total the £9000 car cost £5000 since January in repairs.Morale of the story....buy locally and return quickly if you aren't happy.

Having looked at the reviews I was prepared to drive an hour to see a car they have for sale. The sales guy was pleasant, but the car itself was dirty, had many problems and was overpriced for its description. I would not recommend this company and if you do go there look very closely at the cars on offer.

Excellent service! Having paid a deposit and not viewing the car until collection , the description was exactly as stated, driving over 150 miles was worth it! The car was priced fairly and all the paperwork and previous service history was waiting . I drove away the same day after doing a test drive. Its always daunting buying a used car and I spent weeks looking, but I can honestly say that if any of the cars Theale have at their garage are what you are looking for its well worth a phone call or a visit!
