Fantastic service from Aaron, just popped in to get my pressures checked and my screenwash topped up, he noticed some things wrong with my ball joints and advised me to get them booked in to get a proper inspection done, for a young man he is very professional and knowledgeable, will definitely be returning due to the honesty and just overall Fantastic customer service, never took a penny from me either. Outstanding member of staff, definitely lucky to have him represent the company.

I needed a puncture repair asap, I phoned up Kwit Fit in Falkirk after being told from the one in Camelon that they are fully booked. So the garage in falkirk told me over the phone that if I just come over they will get it done. Went over and gave the guy my keys and got it all sorted and fixed asap as I needed to drive to Glasgow straight after. Extremely please and fantastic customer service, keeping in mind the time was coming up for 5pm and they close at 6pm. I even got a free tyre tred check during the fixture as well. Will definitely be going to Kwit Fit in falkirk from now on.

Service provided by Craig, Jack and the rest of the team was outstanding. Went in for a routine wheel alignment, but received an expert service and list of advisories. I was shown the actual issues on the tyres etc before I made a decision to accept the advisory measures. Everything picked up was plain to see. Craig and Jack were perfect ambassadors for the company. I left feeling safe to drive my vehicle and content in the knowledge that I had not been scammed for ununessary work. Everything was above board, required and was value for money. Five star rating no issue at all.

Excellent service. Had a large nail in my tyre so took the car to Kwik Fit Falkirk who swiftly replaced it with a new one in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended.

I took my partners company car in last week to have a puncture checked.The team were fantastic. They had the car on the ramp and carried out a thorough check and found that both front tyres needed to be replaced. This was done in a timely and professional manner and I was kept up to date with the progress throughout.The young gentleman who seen to me was polite and friendly. I think his name was Aaron. 5⭐️ service. Thank you

The issues with my tyres was dealt with after paying for tyres and re balance was then advised there was an issue with my brakes ( I bought the car last September it's not even a year old ) They thought I should know this as squeaking I am deaf I felt they were trying to frighten me in getting the brakes done last December I hit a pot hole got 2 tyres and rebalance from kwik fit just seems strange for this to happen twice in less than a year am aware they were only doing there job seems unfortunate for me I've spent £358.00 on the car and I've not even had the car a year .
