They lose 2 stars because of the waiting times (All those bonuses, but not enough staff). The Staff are quite helpful.

English woman with red hair was so rude and slammed her tablet shut when she based to ask someone else for help. Amy was amazing but that initial welcoming genuinely ruined my mood for hours

Andrea is very helpful and took a lot of time out to offer the best knowledgeable service. I am Autistic and Andrea took the time out to explain things to my level of understanding without a problem. rude cashier today one with out head scarf on. you go cash machine get money out it ripped. so walk over to cashier get told bank machine don't give ripped notes so calling me a lyier when cctv can show you walking from the cash machine straight to desk with money in your hand. Matthew manger came over girl laughing that the manger was there so rude needs an attuide transplant and so did manger. rang head office to complain about you anyway...
