A very aggressive man. Not a professional despite the 'nice'website blurb. Done damage in my house and I paid him for a replacent fence panel which was broken and the new one he got had cracks in the latts. Told him to take it to exchange and he got hostile and now he won't give my money back. Despite working for five years as mentioned, he hasn't had many reviews apart from one...I wonder why¿¿¿¿

We were told he would be here 8.30am on a Monday morning. We had to go to work and get going, however we had to hold back due to the gardening we were supposed to have done! It reached 9.10am and he still hadn’t arrived, I messaged him and he said he needs a parking space and he had already left due to no parking. He did not communicate and was just going to leave us waiting if I hadn’t messaged! Poor service and communication from Tom. We were meant to be having a garden party later in the evening and had to cancel that too. Would not recommend!

I was told he will come between 11-12 and he call 10:30 am and say he is outside to open my door I stand for 30 minute waiting to see where he is . When I call he didn't pick up . When I whatsapp him he seen me and that's it . Maybe I even got bñocked by him . Por communication and punctual. Will not recommend him.
