It's a lovely shop with a great layout that is not overwhelming at all, even to a beginner. They've been excellent with directing me into buying the right kit for my partner and can't fault them at all. Absolutely lovely people

Could not ask for better customer service! I caused a Problem with my order initially but called me immediately and fixed it within 30 minutes!! Fast response on the phone when I realised I forgot something again! Would highly recommend!

Josh built my mtw exactly to my specs. He built and tuned it very quickly and even hand delivered it to our local game day :) I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Airsoft rifs. Josh was extremely helpful in choosing and recommending parts.Highly recommend

Bought from airsmiths recently, awesome experience, josh is a hell of a dude and his knowledge of airsoft hpa and mtws is something to behold! Extremely helpful even before id considered buying, spoke to me for 45 mins just explaing what mtws are and how they work etc, overall, 100 percent would never go anywhere else, service is banging, knowledge is banging, products are out of this world, 10/10

I’ve been playing Airsoft for sometime, and dealt with many companies — both large, and small within the industry, without a doubt I can say, hands down, AirSmiths are one of (if not) the best, especially for all things HPA related.I am new to HPA (but not Airsoft ofcourse) I did my research before choosing a store, but had a lot to learn in respect of how HPA worked, and what I really needed.Shortly after getting in contact with AirSmiths, I promptly received a reply to my initial queries with an offer for a call to go over all the options, which I eagerly accepted; Joshua took his time to personally guide me in a one to one call shortly after (beyond normal business hours I would add).Joshua kindly broke down all aspects of HPA, from the air system to the RIF itself, what components were required, basic safety and operation and even went out of his way too help me find a suitable scuba centre close to me, where I could get a refill tank and my tanks serviced safely. In addition, unlike some companies that are simply interested in making a sale, Joshua’s advice actually aimed to address my requirements and play style as opposed to spending the most money possible. Truly invaluable guidance.Further, some days after receiving my RIF, I had a question on how to do something, messaged on a Saturday evening (not expecting a reply until Monday); minutes later - a reply, with a solution.In addition, to the phenomenal customer service, the products delivered exceeded expectations and have thus far performed exceptionally well - the only question I have at this point, is why did I not make the switch sooner. Safe to say, I am hooked and quite pleased with my choice to choose AirSmiths to help me transition to HPA.It thus goes without saying, I highly recommend AirSmiths — I already have some new build ideas in mind, that I’ll sure be back to have them build. Excellent MTW and upgrades the only reason can't give then 5 stars is communication was lacking at points but other than that really helpful with questions.

Ordered a signature upgrade MTW through them. They followed up with a phone call and a few WhatsApp messages so fantastic communication. Great price and performs brilliant. Great early Christmas present!

Honestly couldn't of asked for a better service. One if the only places with MTWs in stock. Always willing to help with any questions you have. Super friendly staff. Let me pick up my order even on his day off. That just shows the service you get. Will 100% be returning for upgrades soon!
