Don is a great guy and has a fantastic gym. I would highly recommend him and his gym for anyone looking to get fitter or stronger. Best gym in the area by far

Don has been fantastic so far. He is extremely patient and makes going to the gym less daunting as he understands that's everyone's abilities are different. Focus is on doing proper technique rather than pushing on if you're not comfortable.Absolute gent and a hard worker.

Iv been training with don,and i believe he is one of the most expierenced & commited trainers around. I started as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions and then took on a personal one to one personal session as well 3 sessions per week for 12 weeksI must be a glutton for punishmentDon focused on helping me achieve my goals and make every session challenging (and some how fun)My fitness has increased noticably iv seen improvments in my ability to complete more situps /core exercises lift heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session i find i actually look forward to my workouts he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid injury hes punctual reliable always ready to start training ahead of time with a excercise plannedI thotughly enjoy working out in the gym enviroment even on my own as my confidance has grown and would recommend don to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer

Don has been fantastic, so easy to talk and very helpful when it comes to setting goals which are always realistic. And reachable. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition is fantastic. He is a very down to earth hard working guy who always does his best to work around the client. All round great personal trainer I would highly recommend him.

Don is a super trainer who understands everyone’s needs. so easy to talk to as he had his work cut out with me as I love my food but Don knowledge of nutrition was amazing he made everything work . I would highly recommend Don as a pt. Thanks Don for all your help
