Always good vibes here. Staff are a great help when needed and has plenty of bits for your hobbies and crafts.

Visited last weekend as a result of Hobbycraft customer services advising I could return a faulty Cricut machine to the store for a replacement. The lady who served me was amazing! She was a Cricut user herself and completely understood the unique issue I was experiencing, even offering some advice before processing the return. Excellent customer service both online and instore. Thank you Hobbycraft!

Staff are very helpful so that you can find all your needs. The craft goods are varied in price, some of which you can get cheaper on line, but what is on show is good quality and the shop is well worth a visit. I was very disappointed as there was nothing relevant to leather work that I needed but I was advised on a couple of web sites to focus on by one of the staff. Ask them for advice they are very knowledgeable. The shop is found in a large shopping complex with a Curry's, Halfords, TK Max and other outlets surrounding a large carpark which can be a nightmare to get out of at certain times. As a downside there are no toilets, use the unisex toilet in Costa everyone else seems to be sent here

Staff always super friendly. I love chatting to them and so far there all creative which helps.

A big Hobbycraft, lots of things in there for every type of interest. They always have seasonal items out.The staff are friendly and helpful and the sessions where you can go and make something are really good and fun to do.

Great shop, friendly staff, good range of craft supplies. Only giving 4 stars though because of terrible location. We went Sunday afternoon & hit end of day.. store is down a dead end, queued for half an hour to get out. Bad planning not stores fault but surprised modern planning wasn't better than this. Needs another exist for safety as well as anything else.

The staff are absolutely lovely here !! One of my favourite stores. I deducted one star just because the aisles are sometimes quite busy with stock on the ends and it’s hard to get a pram around as someone else mentioned something similar about wheelchair access.

The staff were friendly but didn't seem to know where stock was, we asked 2 people for paint by numbers, we were shown where some were and told there were more upstairs (there were none up stairs).Very bad wheelchair access. You can get through the door but the floor planning is badly done. Aisles would be wide enough if store didn't utilise floor space to stock products (see pictures). Displays were accidentally sent flying and others shifted slightly.Lift is badly designed (get in on a short end down stairs and out on a long side upstairs), you get in ok (very tight for wheelchair, wheelchair user and the poor person pushing). At the top the chair needed to be lifted partially to get the angle to get out as the exit door is on a different side to entry (was harder to get back in on the way down).I would urge managers to push a wheelchair around their store and see how bad it is.

I love this hobby craft. Always well stocked and has a great selection of wool. Much better than the one in Nottingham. The staff member who served me was also very nice although I'm pretty sure she was fed up with hearing my toddler sing at the top of her lungs.. as we're myself and other shoppers. Quite a big Hobbycraft with plenty of stock on 2 floors. Always find Hobbycraft's layout a little confusing and this store is no exception. Shortage of staff on the shop floor made it difficult to find someone to answer some questions.
