Supposed to pick up furniture, but because I was isolating refused, even though I had no contact with the items for over a week as it was ready for collection covered on the drive.crazy not thought out policy.

Arranged a pick up for a sofa to be given to charity something I don’t normally do but I thought I’d try and make a difference and they come into my home with no masks on or any ppe at all and look at the sofa for not even 30 seconds and say no we don’t take that and leaveVery rude and I won’t be making a donation to you again I will donate to other charitiesOverwhelmed by this and saddened as this item could go to someone who needs itDisgusting

Contacted the store (before travelling) to ask if they had any single beds in store, the lady appeared quiet helpful to start with, then she said don't worry you stay sat at home on your phone and I'll look for you" not very good customer service...."

Needed a freezer picked up, said they can't do cm3. Exactly the same distance as Chelmsford store, but they could not do it for over 3 weeks. I will dump it up the council dump

This charity shop sells second hand furniture and electrical goods a lot of which are in very good condition and are of good quality.If you are setting up house for the first time and are on a budget. Perhaps buying some of the future you need from places such as this will definitely help to keep within that budget.In a way this is very good for the environment. People can donate things they no longer want, the charity sells these goods on and the people buying them in most cases gets a bargain.The ultimate in recycling hence 5⭐
