Ordered welcome sign months ago,then 3 days before my wedding the venue showed us the seating plan they did which I didn’t like I contacted Mally crafts and they managed to make me a sign in 2 days! I just want to say thank you for the incredible service and we just loved them

Ordered a table plan and name places for our wedding. Was told we would get this before our wedding. I asked for a tracking number and was given a Royal Mail tracking number, then I got a text message from parcel force with a completely different tracking I’d. They clearly left it so late to send we won’t have it for our wedding, we now have one day to try and sort this out. Terrible service, not realistic with posting times. Would not recommend based on my experience

I am so impressed with my order!! I ordered all of my wedding signage (making the most of the 50% deal) and had drafts sent to me within 24hrs, it was all delivered within a week. The quality of it all is amazing, packaged appropriately to ensure no damage. I will always recommend Mally's Crafts! Incredible.

Thanks so much to Mallandra for all of her help in ordering our wedding signs and name places. She was so accommodating when I reached out for help and all of the items arrived on time and in perfect condition! In the grand scheme of things they were a small detail but they made such a difference and added to our theme perfectly. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

We ordered over the span of the last few months from Mally's Crafts. We purchased several items for our wedding last month - ring box, a guestbook sign, a seating plan and a 'Welcome' sign and we're very happy with how everything turned out.Not only that, but I must also note brilliant service from Cassandra over email. Upon trying to order the seating plan and welcome sign, the website wouldn't work on the 2 specific products to customise them. I emailed and after it continued to not work, Cassandra said she'd be happy to sort out the customisation on her end and get the product sent out to us. They arrived and they were perfect and looked brilliant on our day.Would highly recommend for brilliant customer service, quality products and good prices.

The seating plan that was ordered from the website was not the same design that we ordered - the website image showed a clear design however when received the design was so faint it was barely visible. We contacted the company to express this dissatisfaction and received a response to say that it was my fault for choosing a very light grey" - despite this being the default colour and it not being very clear that the design colour could be changed (you have to move the text over the design before you can select the design itself). We will not be able to use the seating plan and now need to find a new company to provide one. Really disappointed - would avoid using."

Beautiful designs! Very pleased with our welcome signs. Delivery was very quick!

After stalking the Instagram page for months and seeing all the beautiful designs, we finally ordered our own wedding welcome sign and seating plan. The items arrived and were stunning - fitted our theme perfectly and looked amazing in our venue. Unfortunately, we had a few last minute changes to our guest list but Mally's express service delivered an amended seating plan within days - Thank you!

Really disappointed! I ordered a customised Wedding Welcome sign which looked great in the preview, with easy to see, clear lettering. When the sign arrived, you could not read the details clearly. I complained but was told that they could not (would not) return customised gifts. That is wasted money for a product that can't be used.
