Been using these guys for a few years- they provide a quick turnaround, great value for money and most importantly great quality of cleaning. I wouldn’t use any other dry cleaners in Richmond. Overall 10/10 for me I’d truly recommend.

Rude, dishonest, incompetent and bullying if you disagree (the owner even threw my item on the floor with anger, when I calmly said that I didn’t accept new stains which had been done by them). Can spoil your item and then would convince you that it should be accepted like that and they lied what was the reason (incompetently treated the item). I was calm and assertive, so they redid their work to acceptable degree (I removed the rest of stains which were inflicted by them at home, just checking how people do it on YouTube, as the common knowledge appeared was better than from those “professionals” whom I paid). Did they apologise? No. However the owner acknowledged that he cleaned the item wrongly (two hours ago he bullied me, threw my item on the floor says by that the condition of the item is should be like that and etc, ). If you have cheap cotton shirts, which you needed to clean and iron, you may try them. Anything else, avoid and use others if you need professional care, there are other options which might be a bit further (closer to the Kew Gardens station), but it would cost you less, if you don’t suppose to replace every clothing item after these people’s cleaning. And remember about your customer rights plus that you can complain to TSA if things go so wrong, they have to comply with Customer Act 2015 as well. But better to choose a more trustworthy service.

I had wine stains on my white clothes and VIP Dry cleaners helped me to clean them all away. Good as new!!!!Very helpful and friend owner. Reasonable price.Definitely recommend!

Tried it a few times. I wanted my shirts washed and ironed, however the sleeves always had double lines down the sleeves. I addressed this with the owner who stated that Ironing was hard and if I wanted it better, I would have to pay for a better service. I didn't go back.....

After waistcoat experienced torn stitches after dry cleaning, they took in waistcoat to discuss with tailor. Tailor repaired despite not discussing any price and insisted I pay. Very unprofessional service will never use again.

I had a lovely experience with VIP Dry Cleaners. I was in town only for a few days and brought three items to them.They did a beautiful job cleaning my red Burberrys; took in the waistline of a pair of pants (they fit perfectly now!), and repaired a zipper on a beloved wool jacket.They were also lovely to interact with.
