It doesn't get much better than this - rang Paul at 11am - guys arrive at 1.45pm to install new machine. Extremely helpful, polite and pleasant. Highly recommend.

I emailed Minehead Radio asking for the price and availability of a TV I wished to buy. After 10 days I had still received no reply, so shopped elsewhere. If this is typical of their Customer Service, my advice is DON'T BOTHER.

Great customer service in the shop, delivered the fridge that afternoon!!! Delivery guys took all the packaging and the old fridge. Installed the new one. You don't get that with AO. Shop local.

Excellent service, an excellent and surprisingly wide range of items, went in for a TV and came out with a TV and a dish rack. They have loads of good quality cookware and utensils, often things I'd been looking for everywhere

Amazing service, ordered a washing machine on Saturday morning by mid afternoon the same day it was delivered and installed….. you won’t find that service on the internet! Pleased to support local business.
