It would be better if someone could specify the exact opening times including during bank holidays.Came there to pick up the parcels at 16:30 but the shop was closed at 16:00.But when you google the opening times it shows as it is open until 20:00.That was really an inconvenience.The person who is sitting in the counter is very rude and mean.

Every time I try to return a parcel there is an issue, either the system is off, or the printer does not work, or the parcel is too big. Of course even if you call they will not tell you that the printer is broken, they will wait until you show up to give you the news.Just avoid this place if you can.

I have just attempted to return a Hermes parcel here, and I have not come across such a rude, unhelpful person for as long time. I would rather not give this one star even for being open - I would have been happier had it been closed.
