Bayne's the Family Bakers

Waited at least 10 minutes to be served at 11am thus morning, one serving, 2 making coffee ,which looked like for themselves,1putting cakes on shelf,not even looking that there is 4 people waiting to be served,eventually the managers looked at queue and asked another staff member to serve me,two people left the queue, just a joke and must be losing business,needs sorting,vert disgruntled.

Good taste, good price, good service

Compared to greggs this bakers is night and day, I park my van outside and the coffee is pouring before I even get inside, staff are really friendly, nothing is ever a bother, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my morning roll and coffee, I'm even partial to a wee coffee and cake at lunchtime too

I understand the need for social distancing during this pandemic but if you're only going to allow 2 people in the shop, then may I suggest that you employ staff who can serve quickly and efficiently. I was kept waiting in the queue outside (in the rain) for 12 minutes while one member of staff served 2 customers before me. I've worked in customer service before and if I'd taken 12 minutes to serve just 2 people, I'd have been on notice. It's pretty poor service, especially if we're being made to wait outside in the rain.I don't think I'll be spending anymore of my money in your establishments again.

Excellent customer service, very tasty food especially I love their sandwiches and pastries. Very tasty bread (seeded) and roll's. Best place to shop around Leith.

Good rolls , service going down hill.

I have to say that Bayne's are very good I especially love there big strawberry tart its the size of a cake but they only do one a day so you have to get to the shop early enough to get it if you like a strawberry tart as much as I do you have to go and see for yourself
