Cordelia is amazing - incredibly kind, knowledgeable and supportive. Her treatment and guidance over the past 3 months have made a real difference, much more than acupuncture I had tried before, for instance. I could not recommend her more.

Cordelia’s calming energy filled the space and as she began to work on my feet, my body released itself into the process. Her presence is so calming and she’s super supportive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend having a treatment with her, especially during pregnancy when you need relaxation and support.

Absolutely loved Cordelia's treatment. I'd never had reflexology before but Cordelia was so calming, professional and knowledgable. After the session, I felt like I'd gone into a different zone of relaxation. It was so much more transformational than I thought it would be. So lovely to experience in the later stages of pregnancy as the body feels very tired and sore, I'd highly recommend Cordelia to anyone.

I had birth preparation reflexology at home with Cordelia in the run up to my birth in September and would highly recommend! Cordelia would visit my home weekly and I had the treatment on my sofa, focusing on birth preparation and also aches and pains I was experiencing during pregnancy. Cordelia was professional and friendly throughout and I found the treatment relaxing and appreciated Cordelia sharing her knowledge on points to massage myself between sessions (PS. I was due to be induced at 40 weeks and wanted to help baby along with the treatment... She arrived at 39 weeks!)

I discovered Cordelia at the end of my first pregnancy when she came to my house to do my first ever reflexology and half way through my second pregnancy I remembered this absolute angel and decided to book in for regular sessions in the run up to my due date. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced self care that felt as nourishing and productive as a Cordelia reflexology session! Once a week the stresses and strains of pregnancy would melt away and leave me feeling relaxed, centered and recharged enough to get through another grinding week of growing a baby. Beyond the treatment itself Cordelia has a magical and calming presence and I always look forward to seing her for the sessions.

Cordelia is an incredible reflexologist. Recently she has been treating me for fertility, preparing my body for IVF. Cordelia approaches each treatment with a deep intuition, sensitivity and purpose. She listens and creates an incredibly safe and healing space. Not only do I feel completely at ease and nurtured in her magic hands, I leave feeling physically and mentally re-set. She's a rare find. HIGHLY recommend.

I suffer from a prolapsed disc and had spinal surgery. Cordelia’s healing hands are an amazing support during my recovery. I feel the benefits of her treatment and it supports the reduction of pain and inflammation in my back. She is calm, kind and understands what I need every session.I highly recommend her.
