Agreed a price and time for windows and facia to be cleaned on a rental property. I travelled 20 minutes to meet with you to allow you around the rear of the property. 10 minutes before attending you announce you won’t do the work without full upfront payment - very unusual for any trade. As soon as I mentioned I didn’t have enough cash on me you abruptly state “get someone else to do it” and hang up the phone. Very poor service and attitude towards a genuine customer. If you were genuinely just around the corner just coming and saying hello you would have been reassured that I was genuine.
