Absolutely huge and amazing kids indoor play. There are so many different areas to play, DJ room, construction room, beauty salon, wall climbing, vet practice, soft play, sensory play, and separate area for under 5s. Also there is a carousel, little carts and lots of slides which are all included in the ticket price.The place is so big that small children could get lost, I was always supervising my daughter age 5.Food and drinks available at Cafe. And on the way out, kids got a free gift.Definitely will be coming back, and I am recommending this place.I would advise pre booking tickets and parking space in advance. Parking is also available by the retail centre (4 hours for free), which is approx 8min walk from the hub.

First time here and was suprise at home good it actually was! I think I had more fun than my son! Very spacious with lots of fun things to do for the kids! Been to a few in London but this was the best one we have been to, worth the value!Worth getting tickets in advance as it was pretty busy!

I had my daughters 8th birthday party in rhe winter wonderland themed room it was amazing. Good quality party food and ple th to go around. This is by far the best soft play around.

Best indoor soft play for children. I first took my little boy when he was 3 months old and I was so surprised at how much he took in and enjoyed it at such a young age. I take him back every few months. The atmosphere is amazing, all the play in one place is incredible. How lucky are we to have this wonderful place in our town? We heart the Hub!

First time visiting Riverside Hub after many recommendations, for the most part we only used the under 5 sections as my daughter is 2 and a half.She absolutely loves it and even I impressed by it plenty of activities to do and the whole place had plenty to do with little rides also, we used the little village area which consisted of kitchens and shops for roleplay.I found it clean and easy to get in and settled.

We've been there a few times during the week with our babies and always have a great time. This time we went on a Sunday for their Christmas experience and once again we were not disappointed. Great soft play, play village and rides such as a carousel. Fantastic Christmas grotto, visit with Father Christmas, gingerbread decorating and much more. Always book parking as it can get very busy but usually a staff member directs people where to park.

We had an absolute blast here! We came for my daughter's 2nd birthday and it was brilliant. There was so much to do for my 2 and 8 year old.It was a 90 minute drive to get there but well worth it.We will definitely be back.

We had the most amazing time, it was well worth the journey we had to make. I found this place from somebody on TikTok. We barely even saw half of what was available because of how amazing the baby/under 5 areas were! Can't wait to go back and continue exploring

It was my first time to The Hub today, and I will definitely make the trip again, even with a 55-minute journey.The under 5 area is great. It's the first time I've been in a ball pit, and it felt clean. The tubes and merry go rounds are good, too.The Santa experience was worth the extra money. The kids enjoyed seeing Santa, and the woodland setting was certainly magical.The 3 - or 4 level soft play was great. Our 2 and 5 Yr olds loved it, especially the little zones, it made it far more interesting (and the sneaky facts). Our 2yr old liked racing the cars and the carousel.This is indoor play how it should be.
