Cavivac came recommended by our surveyor to assess the condition of cavity wall insulation for a house purchase. They were very friendly, efficient and professional and made the assessment free of charge. Pretty much perfect!

Having had some issues with damp in the house we suspected the cavity wall insulation (CWI). We asked Cavivac to take a look and quote for the required work. After a thorough inspection of the cavities with a boroscope. Andy advised us that the CWI was not the main issue here and hence saved us considerable expense on work that would not have resolved the damp problem. I would highly recommend this company. I have lots of mould on a couple of my interior walls and wanted them to check the cavity wall insulation to see if that was the cause. They gave me great advice and carried out a thorough inspection of the wall insulation even filling in a hole left from the original insulation. Many thanks!

Great professional company.Very professional team who were hard working and thorough. I was extremely pleased with their approach from the initial survey through to the extraction being completed.

Following issues with penetrating damp in our house we were advised to contact Cavivac to remove our faulty cavity wall insulation. From my initial contact they were extremely responsive and professional. A member of the team came to view our house and undertook a thorough assessment of the property including viewing the wall cavity with an internal camera. We were advised to have all the insulation removed throughout the property. We were given a date for this to be carried out approximately 6 weeks from the initial consultation. On the date as planned the team turned up on time and we're extremely polite, professional and kept me informed throughout the job. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Following the completion of the work I was sent a detailed report of the work they had carried out including a full review of the cavity walls as well as photographs.I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
