Store leader was rude and handled a simple misunderstanding very poorly. Left feeling personally attacked. Would expected better customer service from the store leader.

Waited 5 minutes to be served, as 2 assistants were serving existing customers on the perfume counter, no one on cash tills. Also restrictions on returning used bubble packs gives the impression that 'it is actually too much trouble'.
