I have been to Andy nails before and always been a decent experience, their staff is rude and unfriendly but they do a decent job. Today I had an awful experience where during cleaning of my feet the guy took part of my skin off with their tool because he wasn't paying attention. I have an awful scab on my toe and I'm still in so much pain. Safe to say I will NEVER be going there again and advise others not too, there are plenty more options on whitton high St. Awful awful experience, unfriendly staff.

Terrible pedicureHave cut my heel and it’s bleeding and sore also cut my big toe and the painting is bubbling - I would never go back very bad service

I've been here twice and now won't go anywhere else. The staff are very friendly and my nails always look great. This week I went for a Halloween theme. They have an Instagram with lots of good designs too.

I don’t recommend anyone this company. The money I paid for the manicure was not worth it and poor quality. The staff behaviour is horrible they are complete bullies, talking badly about customers behind their back. AVOID.

Terrible service… cut my toe then cut my heel.. worst ever pedicure and no polish and they charged £25… I’m a diabetic and they don’t even ask any medical history… waste of time and money… they just hack at you and no apology or first aid kit( band aid)

Good value for money. It's not a luxury service but Andy always has a smile for me, the place is clean, and I've always been happy with my nails. On a recent trip, the staff were very helpful and spent extra time to match my toe nail polish colour to the shellac colour.

This place is very unprofessional. My toe nails have now got fungal nail infection. They refused to give me their managers name. They are absolute crooks. They don’t clean their equipment. Please do not use this business. Your nails will get infected. Zero stars

Rubbish .. chipped after 2 days! Best to spend a little bit more and go elsewhere. Service was also terrible.. had to ask the guy to shape up the nails to how I want multiple times.
