Acorn Cleaning Equipment

Took my Karcher in for repair and it was condemned as unrepairable. When I picked it up, it had not been reassembled but I was not asdvised that this was the case. As a result, on the jpurneu home, it leaked diesel all over my boot leaving an expensive walking jacket ruined and the car wreaking of diesel fumes. When I rang to complain I received no apology or any form of reparation

Absolutely brilliant service. Took two very old pressure washers in ( which I expected to be scrap and beyond repair) the units were there for just short of a day. I was told one wasn’t worth repairing but the other might be with a little more time and a few parts, they were able to use parts from the scrap machine to fix the now working machine saving myself additional expense. The machine now works great. Couldn’t recommend using this business enough. Thank you to the team at acorn.
