Max and his team at Trusted Cleaning did a great job deep-cleaning my new home and furnishings. They focused additional time on the key areas I requested beforehand and were happy and friendly, despite the high temperatures. Very happy with the results.

Excellent standard of cleaning. My bathrooms looked brand new. Everything I asked was completed to an exceptional standard. Highly recommend.

Jodi has been to our home for three visits now. She is a fantastic person and a great cleaner. It’s lovely to come home and see lines on the carpet! Max is also great when we set up the process and payment is easy. Would definitely recommend Trusted Cleaning to other people.

We have been very happy with the services provided by Trusted Cleaning! Our regular cleaner - Jodi - is very professional and efficient and manages to get so much done in 3 hours ! We trust her fully and look forward to the mornings she is in our home. She is friendly and very respectful of our home, including pets and kids ! On the occasions where our regular cleaner is on holiday we have been offered a replacement cleaner, and are never charged if a clean in not undertaken eg due to sickness. Would definitely recommend !

I’d been considering employing a cleaner for some time but I was nervous about doing it myself - you never know what standard you will get if you rely on random social media requests and recommendations! I came across Trusted cleaning and loved the fact that they pay living wage and their employees get proper holiday pay etc. I also loved the flexibility they allow.Max has been brilliant - great communication throughout. As for the cleaning…I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner! Extremely reliable, high standard of cleaning and great flexibility (I can just leave a note requesting what I would like done each week). Moved to Gorleston from London at the end of April 2022. I had a relative doing my cleaning initially but that relative then had health issues and could not continue. I have arthritis, so finding a reliable and good cleaning company was vital for me. Having initially used another company which didn’t work out, my regular cleaner was recommended to me by someone. I contacted her and she said she worked for Trusted Cleaning and I then asked the company if I could have this particular cleaner, as she had been recommended.I have a small three bedroomed house. My cleaner comes once a week for two hours. Initially there were some teething problems around cover when my cleaner wasn’t available but these were ironed out satisfactorily. Whenever my cleaner is not available, I now have the same stand-in cleaner each time, so I don’t have to explain things, and there is also an ongoing relationship there.I started with a list of things I wanted to have done and we now have a good routine going. I work from home. The timings of my clean run across the lunchtime period. Sometimes I am in the whole time she is with me - this isn’t an issue, I simply move to a different room when she needs to clean the one I am in.My cleaner does an excellent job - she covers all the necessary tasks in the time and to a high standard. She is also a very nice and good humoured lady - whilst this isn’t necessarily a requirement for the job, it’s certainly a bonus.Ideally I would like to pay a little less, that’s the only negative comment I have.I would recommend this company.

Paula has been cleaning my home for a couple of months, and has made a real difference. I love that Paula arrives by bike - amazing what she can bring in her trailer! She is helpful and friendly, never worrying about how messy some of my unloved areas of the home have been. This last week she made a magnificent difference to a utility lean-to, cleaning the windows inside and out as well as removing many long-dead insects!!! My daughter was amazed at the transformation when she called round.I am sure there are cheaper cleaners around, but I am happy to know that there is the backing of a reliable and friendly company. Max is quick to reply to any correspondence.A satisfied customer!

Communications with the company have been warm and friendly, though response sometimes delayed, but questions or comments always dealt with and very flexible and accommodating. The person who comes to do the cleaning is marvellous! She always goes one step higher than expected and cleans like it's her own home. She doesn't hang about, either. I would recommend her to anyone, as she was to me.

The service is efficient and organised. Trusted cleaning have always got back to me promptly when I have had any queries or needed to cancel an appointment, change a date or add in an extra clean. What impresses me the most is that your employees speak very highly of their 'boss' too. It is rare to find good employers who treat their staff well and staff who, in return genuinely respect their employer. Our cleaner has been fantastic, first working for my parents and later for us also. She is trustworthy, efficient and always does a lovely job as well as being kind and friendly. Thankyou, you indeed live up to your name of 'trusted cleaning'. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job so well!

Our two ladies have been coming fortnightly for more than a year now, always cheerful, efficient, thorough and reliable. Communication with Max is excellent. We are very happy to recommend this company.
