Had the most amazing night tonight, everyone there are so friendly and welcoming. The staff are great and the ales they have on are the best you can find. Highly recommend to anyone that want a good night and some good drinks.

I feel i must wrire a review concerning the queens head in wordsley. I have started using this pub before lockdown .And i must compliment you as a company. Carol and geoff have really bought this pub forward. The ales are kept extremely well. And the food that carol offers is extremely good. From the loverly fresh cobs to the ploughmans platter. Its great to have old school traditions .thankyou black country ales.

Use one or two of their pubs which are OK but on an Albion match day we use the Seven Stars in Stourbridge before the game and the service is very very poor to the point that we are going to stop using the place.

Ordered a case of beer to collect. Was ready the same day! They even helped to put it in the car. Would definitely recommend their online service

Placed order at 4PM for collection, which was ready by 10am the next day. Big BCA sign helped me find the offices on the trading estate easily enough and BCA staff loaded order into car for me.Brucie-bonus was getting home and finding a complimentary selection of snacks to drink with my Pig on the Wall.Super service. Will use again.

We have been several times to the Queens Head in Wordsley and just wanted you to know what a great time we had there.The people who run the pub are so friendly and welcoming that we have decided to make it our local. Nothing is to much trouble for them to do and the food is excellent. Would recommend it to anyone to try. Everyone who works there is friendly and efficient and are keeping to Covid rules brilliantly
