We were very disappointed with their continued poor service. One of our boilers is covered on warranty but did not repair it properly. My other boiler kept diagnosing a problem getting it sorted not working then saying it was something else. When I queried them on it, they said I was abusive. I just wanted the job done correctly. I strongly recommend not to use this company.

I rarely recommend people, but Aaron and all the staff at Gold Boiler Care have been amazing and consistently professional. I have used this company for about 4-5 years, which for me is a record, i normally find that companies become lazy and complacent and that the service reduces, but i can honestly say that this has never been the case with this company. As you can tell, i highly recommend them and would be happy to speak to anyone who wants to verify their work.

Excellent team that worked hard to deliver on time and did a great job. They replaced all 16 radiators in our house, quickly, efficently and politely. Took time and made the effort to be polite and thoughtful about how we fitted the work around our days as well. Could not recommend enough.

Gold Boiler Care Ltd completed a job to identify and repair a boiler leak. They completed the work professionally and in a timely manner; in fact ahead of the agreed date during what is typically a busy period for this industry.We have used Gold Boiler Care Ltd for a number of repairs and routine servicing over several years. The communications are always good, appointments are kept to and they do what they say they are going to do in a friendly and efficient manner. I definitely recommend them!

Boiler replaced and new smart thermostat fitted over two days. Very happy with the service and would use/recommend again.

I really can not recommend this company enough. I needed a commercial gas certificate and Aaron was incredibly helpful and professional. He checked our gas hob and boiler. Apparently the people who had installed the boiler had not set up a thermostat and there were a couple of other issues. He immediately rang up the boiler company and I have an appointment booked for today on what that they should have done when they were originally here. All other reports were sent by email whilst he was there. He really went above and beyond for us and it's nice to see a company so dedicated to the customer. I will definitely be using Gold Boiler Care LTD in the future.

Boiler broke down last friday evening..i knew it would be trouble as an old potteton which i know most plumbers wont touch..someone recomended gold. I googled the website and left an enquiry , very quickly i got a response saying someone would call me mon. They called first thing and made an appointment for tues. Connor arrived around 8.15 and headed straight for the boiler , he comfirmed what i already had guessed my boiler was beyond repair. He seemed really genuinly sorry it was unfixable..i asked for a quote for a new bolier etc..by the end of tuesday i had a very fair quote for a new boiler. Fri eve im now sat here bathed with radiators too hot to touch. One very happy customer i would recomend gold 100 percent . Thanks to all of you involved!
