I am on holiday this week in Holt and required a word document printing so that I could sign and send it to my solicitor. I noticed Reeboot systems on my way to the Tourist information centre and went in on the off chance and the 2 chaps couldn’t have been more helpful, they offered me a seat, some water as it was the hottest day ever and then I emailed the document to their email address, which was duly printed, I signed it and then he scanned it and returned it via email so that I could forward it on. Super service and no charge. Very knowledgeable about IT as well, please call and ask for their advice

Took my iPad in to Reboot Systems, Holt today, after speaking briefly to Claire on the phone. The problem I had was solved quickly, the details and the solution explained fully to me and I was able to leave less than 10 minutes later with a fully working iPad. Great service - thanks guys! Will have no hesitation in using you again, should we have any problems with our iPads or laptop in the future.

Lovely helpful people who sorted out our home wifi - which had gradually collapsed. We'd tried multiple attempts via forums etc to resolve the mystery. And then we noticed the Holt shop so asked for help. Very nice to be properly connected again.

The gentleman who called were very polite and pleasant. They had very good knowledge of my ipad, phone and printer and put me right on these so a great help. I bought a new printer which they set up.They will be happy to call again if I get stuck with my I T....... They were honest and fair with their pricing. I can happily recommend them to others.

These folk are super helpful. When I left my charger at home they sold me a second hand one at a fraction of the price of a new one, even though they had a new one on sale. Twice they have replaced screws in the bottom of my laptop completely free of charge. Not many businesses would be so helpful for free!

I went in today as a 60 something year old incompetent who just couldn't manage to link her laptop to her phone hotspot. They not only didn't make me feel ancient but also, very quickly showed me what to do. I am.very grateful.
