Kumon Maths & English

My daughter has been attending Kumon Seven Kings since October last year.Since joining it is amazing to see my child’s development excel. It is wonderful to see my child’s improvement and to see how her confidence has grown.The tutor Henna is wonderful, she really cares about each child that attends.I highly recommend this Centre.

I have been at sevenkings kumon centre since I was 5 and the long time I have been here I have learnt a lot especially time keeping due to rav paper being under timed conditions. We get a lot of assistance not only by the maths helpers but also the kumon instructor (Heena) who is the reason behind the students success.

A comfortable new location and a kind instructor, I would highly recommend this tutoring programme. My daughter’s mental arithmetic and confidence has greatly improved! Thank you Henna.

A centre can only be as good as its leader. In Henna, Seven Kings Kumon has a brilliant, dedicated teacher, who really cares about the children she teaches.My son made tremendous progress over the years in both Maths and English. Kumon has surpassed my expectations and I will not hesitate recommending it to anyone; particularly the Seven Kings centre.

My Son has been attending Kumon at this centre for a few months now. I could see a big improvement in his handwriting just in a couple of weeks. In addition to improving his maths and comprehension skills, Kumon has helped him take responsibility of his own learning. It's so amazing to have such dedicated and cheerful staff members who are always there to help my son. Most recently, my son has enjoyed video conferencing with Henna, to clarify some doubts, he had in his work. So far, this is the best investment in my son's education.

My son started Kumon when he was 3 years old in October 2022. I decided on Kumon as I heard fantastic reviews from other people about it and being a secondary school teacher myself, I needed support with teaching my son. My son had an initial assessment with Nisha, who has such a calming nature, my son warmed to her immediately. She assessed his level, what he is good at and guided myself on how I could support him at home. This was really helpful and I did the one week trial with her useful input. My son was engaged from the get go and has always been excited to go to Kumon. At the beginning he wasn’t able to write from 1-10, but now he can read and write up to 100 in the space of a few months. It does take some parental support with the homework, but I wanted him to do this before he starts primary school in September 2023. He goes to Kumon twice a week and is supported by his 1:1 tutor called Jannath. My son said she is so nice to him, supports him and ensures he understands his work. She too has a calming nature about herself, which is exactly what my son needs in order to progress. Sometimes he is also supported by Grace, who is great with him too and takes her time to explain and engage my son with the sessions. Either Nisha or Jannath provide feedback at the end of the lesson and also some guidance of how I can support my son further at home, e.g. counting in 10s, consecutive numbers etc. I saw progress instantly within a week, however it obviously does depend on the child so bare with the process. I really recommend Kumon, but in particular the Seven Kings centre because of the support and amazing experience myself and my son have had here. My son has built so much confidence and I’m hopeful that he will progress prIor to starting reception in Sept 2023. Thank you Nisha, Jannath & Grace.

The instructor is great with the children and our child’s math and English has really improved. We are so happy we found Kumon and this Centre. The new is premises really professional.

My son has been attending Seven Kings Kumon since Jan of this year and he has gained so much confidence with his maths, it’s amazing!! He loves the programme as it challenges him to improve with each worksheet. Henna has taught him different methods of problem solving which he can now demonstrate in his school work.
