I was recommended to this company by Haart Estate Agents who I'm hoping to buy a property through. I already have a couple of brokers that I regularly use, so don't usually want to speak to yet another new one. However, I was really glad that I did this time. I had an appointment with Sarah Mayne. She was polite, friendly, efficient and incredibly professional and well informed and understood very quickly what I was looking to do. She was able to advise very quickly on potential suitable buy-to-let mortgage products as well as giving me some advice and information that no other broker has before! I was very impressed. Yes, it is a chargeable service if you proceed to an application, however, I do feel it will be good value and she's now going to complete my Agreement in Principle and mortgage application. I feel like I'll be in safe hands and getting the best advice / deal for me, as she can also source from 97%+ of the lending market (many brokers have limited access to lenders or a specific 'panel' they use). All in all, very impressed.

I have given 5 stars to Sarah Mayne, who was thrown in the deep end picking up my case from a colleague who left without so much as a word to me even though they were halfway through the case. My experience with Just Mortgages has been up and down but through no fault of Sarah, she has worked tirelessly on what has been a difficult transaction, I am very grateful to her.

Sarah has continued to provide an excellent service to myself and my partner throughout our homebuying journey (which has had a fair few bumps!). She has been a vital source of advice and continuity and we would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Sarah Mayne was really delightful to talk to. She went through everything I needed to know and explained through every question I had. I felt Sarah was honest throughout the process and did not rush past points I needed to make notes from. We had a genuine conversation rather than feeling like it was all business, which I understand at the end of the day it is. But for something so important and long term I like that we could talk without pressure.

I would like to say big thank you to Sarah Mayne who has been so helpful and kind. As a first time buyer I didn't know a lot and she has always been happy to explain me everything I have needed and help me with everything I have asked for. I have recommended her to my friend and I would recommend her again to anyone who is looking for a mortgage! :)

Went to visit Sarah as a complete novice. She was unbelievably understanding, patient and thorough. Nothing felt like too much. Looked beyond what she needed to to ensure we knew everything we needed to. We wanted different options and she was more than happy to navigate this. Could not recommend her enough. No pressure or feeling that you have to do anything but still give you the time of day and everything you needed. Amazing!
