The staff at Daisy Maid are very efficient, always on time and friendly. I found the administration to be somewhat unresponsive and not professional at times. Overall, I would recommend the business.

I have been with Daisy Maid for a few months now. Can’t fault them, everything I asked for is done properly. My lady is always on time and is lovely. Also allot less than I used to pay with the last company, which is a bonus! . Would highly recommend.

Disgustingly unprofessional and passive aggressive service all around. Price per hour on their website also goes up over £3 once you speak to them. Would not recommend. Far better cleaning companies around. After reading some of the lower scored reviews on here i am not surprised by their content. Change your administrator Liz, she is losing you business and absolutely zero customer service skills. Do not pay them fees you dont think you should if they threaten court action, tell them to go ahead, they wont do anything. All mouth. Most unprofessional and awful company ive dealt with extremely dodgy cleaners! AVOID!

I have used daisy maid for a very long time for my property, the service they provide is brilliant and very professional. The ladies let them selves into my property while I’m working and when I get in my house is like a show home each week. I would highly recommend daisy maid to anyone looking for a cleaner for anything and would not use anyone else.

Avoid at all costs. Sent a cleaner to our house who lied about completing work, and then charged a cancellation fee to us when we quite obviously didn’t want to continue with a dishonest organisation.

I wanted a one off clean as I had family commitments keeping me too busy to do housework.I was so happy that Daisy Maid could help, the cleaner was fantastic I couldn’t fault her, so much so I am thinking of having her regularly.Thank you so much xx

I have never used a cleaning agency before but I am delighted with Sophie. She is excellent and I have started having ironing done as well.

Really professional business, treated me well as a customer and was always willing to help.My cleaner was good, polite and did a good job every time she came.

We entered into a contract with Daisy Maid in April and were promised a reliable, reputable cleaner.Our first cleaner, whilst we were on holiday, showed up, took the money and left. When approached about this she claimed that she couldn’t open the child lock cupboard and then had an emergency with her daughter and left with the money. Despite me telling her that she could call me anytime with any problems she did not. When I asked what she had done and why she hadn’t cleaned she told me the above. I asked why she had taken the money and waited for me to ask her why she hadn’t come. She said she would come back for ‘free’ that weekend. Not free if you didn’t do the clean in the first place! I refused and asked to change cleaners as i did not want a dishonest person in my home. Life happens and I wouldn’t have minded if she had had an emergency but to take the money and do nothing is so dishonest.As the company couldn’t replace her for some time they used their own ‘team’ - who I suspect is used for covers. I have to say this cleaner was absolutely excellent. On time, lovely person, always does a 10/10 job.However, despite me telling Daisy maid what day we would like and that was agreed, it was never arranged for the same day or time every week. I explained I’m a night shift worker and so times are quite important but I felt like this was ignored every week and so the clean was always at a different time or day.Finally we got our own cleaner. I was sad to say goodbye to the other lady as she was excellent but was looking forward to having a regular person. On the offset she seemed great, and week one she did an average job. However, week 2&3 when I wasn’t in the house, despite arranging our normal 2 hour clean with her personally she left 15 minutes early the first week, and 40 minutes the second week (I suspect because she wasn’t there she took the chance!) & yes, did take the whole amount of money.When relayed to the manager, it was arranged we would revert back to the ‘team’ again but would be ceasing our contract when it was up. What I have noticed is there was never any apology from the manager, which I think lacks integrity and responsibility. We were informed we would get money back on both occasions. Rather cheekily daisy maid took the money off of our next invoice instead of refunding. As I have decided to cease the contract I have asked for the £24 credit back but I am told that I need to follow this up with the original cleaner from months ago, the whole point of having an agency is that these things do not happen & if they do then the agency is there to put it right but on both occasions it’s been left up to me to obtain the money back. The second time this has happened im also being asked to obtain the money back from the cleaner who left early. It’s a shambles. And if you are suggest that they’re not doing their job properly they’ll just tell you that their only job as per their contract is to introduce you to a cleaner, so you’re paying their hourly fee for literally nothing!It’s such a shame, and it makes me nervous of my belongings in my home when I am not there. It seems to be that they employ very dishonest cleaners, which I’d be very wary of!Also, like someone else has mentioned they’ll advertise their prices & about 2-4 weeks after you join and pay they’ll increase their prices by almost £1 an hour. And don’t DARE have a query on your invoice as they’ll then threaten court action because you didn’t pay it because the figure was incorrect.I would not recommend this company unless you are assigned Stacie permanently, who is utterly brilliant. But otherwise good luck, it’s a gamble as to who will steal your money and good luck getting that sorted out!AVOID AVOID AVOID!
