We had an emergency electrical problem and having used Switched On previously they were the first company we thought of to help us. Steve arrived the very next day and repaired the electrical damage in no time. Once again he was professional and efficient. We are so pleased we found this company and thoroughly recommend them!

Steve is a fantastic guy, super and clear communication, quick response and no fuss resolution of the problem. In our case he was able to locate the exact part we needed, order it quickly and fit it without any issues. Would definitely recommend.

I booked with switched on electrical to come and wire my extension. He was very organised & on time and made sure I didn’t miss anything I wanted, giving us options we had not previously thought of. After receiving his quote we proceeded with the work. Steve & crew arrived and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. We had no issues and on completion we had the work all tested and signed off. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Switched On electrical to anyone I know and have had them back since for more bits.

Then Steve took his time to explain to me in detail every step he was undertaking whilst ensuring all the work was of the highest order! Steve was really professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a time to pop over to quote and turned up on time. He then booked the work in and arrived on time again. After the work was completed he checked to make sure I was happy. Everything was done to a high standard and I would definitely say he is the best electrician in Medway.
