Fire Power

Paul is a really nice chap to deal with. I have dealt with him a lot over the years and I recommend his work.He is very enthusiastic and sincere.Admin is not his strong point so you may need to chase him a little but his customer service and quality more than compensate for this.

I have recently had a wood burner fitted by Fire Power and can honestly say they did an excellent job. The installation has been finished to a very high standard and they were very accommodating when I was flapping and asking questions. Very pleasant experience all round. They really know their business and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a fireplace or stove.UPDATE Oct 22. The fireplace is amazing and remains one of my best purchases. The installers - Firepower have continued to be the absolute best they can be. I have had some damp appear on the surround to the fireplace. Firepower came to inspect and have identified some flashing in my chimney breast as the fault. Firepower then provided contacts for suitable builder/ roofer to make repairs and have said once the flashing has been repaired. They will replace the damp marked fire surround. These guys are absolute legends. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

My experience of the service by this shop leaves much to be desired. If you phone and have to leave a message you never hear from them , despite ringing several times.

A very professional service from start to finish, Paul was very helpful and ensured we were completely happy with the quote and went into all the small details required. John was fantastic while fitting the new wood burning stove into our living room and moving the old surround to a different room, he was so neat and tidy and his attention to detail was amazing, even going so far as to match the skirting board.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, Paul and John.

Two occasions the gent was to attend my house to look at what we required and qoute us. Neither time did he appear and no call to say he was not attending. Took time off work for the second appointment. Poor customer service in my opinion
