I went in to have my first session with Jenny and the professionalism and care that she showed was outstanding. Jenny advised me to wait a little longer to start treatment as this would be best for the care of my skin and help achieve the results I’m looking for. To be given honest and truthful advice instead of just going ahead was absolutely appreciated and I can not recommend Jenny enough. You can truly see she is passionate about what she does and cares for each individual case. Hopefully looking forward to going back at some point soon to start the removal process.Also the staff at medusa ink are so welcoming, friendly and professional and make you feel very at ease.

After procrastinating for so long I decided to just get on with it & have my unwanted tattoo removed. I’m so glad that I came across Jenny. She’s so amazing, is happy to answer any questions, explains everything thoroughly & is so so friendly so makes you feel right at ease from the get go. The removal itself isn’t pain free but if you’ve had a tattoo then you can definitely handle having it removed. Also, Jenny keeps you talkin whilst you’re having your treatment which really helps & before you know it, it’s all done! Great price point too which is a bonus & great aftercare advice given. Can’t wait to see how I progress & I’m already looking forward to my next session.

Had my first laser tattoo removal session today with Jenny, was a little apprehensive not really knowing what to expect. Jenny is very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. She was friendly, reassuring and made me feel relaxed during the treatment. The actual treatment was over in minutes and the pain was much less then I had anticipated (like a flick with an elastic band) Would highly recommend. Thankyou Jenny

First time using laser removal can honestly say it doesn’t hurt as bad as people make it out to be. Jenny was very professional and helpful went through everything and explained what would be happening and what’s best for healing process. Very welcoming environment. 100% recommend to anyone.

I can’t even begin to say how happy I am with my tattoo removal result and the service I received. Jenny was friendly, knowledgable and a complete perfectionist. Nothing was too much trouble and the results speak for themselves! Highly recommend.

Was very apprehensive before coming here, but Jenny has been so welcoming, warm and made it so easy and comfortable. She has explained every step, let me ask silly questions, with no judgement at all! She’s made this experience so much easier. The treatment alone is easy and quick, all the staff are inviting. My very dark tattoo has almost completely faded after 10 sessions. The aftercare advice and support from Jenny on my removal journey has been great. I have always felt comfortable and welcomed when visiting the studio. 5 stars from me!

Booked in with Jenny as the reviews were fantastic. I’ve had 2 sessions now and seeing major improvements with the fading of the tattoo already, drinking plenty of fluid consistently between sessions is key.
