Riverside Rentals

We stayed at The Peninsular in Horning for a week in July as a family of 6. We were totally blown away by the property as soon as we walked in. The whole house has been furnished to an incredibly high standard and the views from the terrace and balcony onto the water are stunning. It was so wonderful to sit and watched the world go by with a glass of wine or morning coffee. We felt so at home here and found it a fabulous base from which to explore the Norfolk Broads. We couldn't fault this house at all and would highly recommend staying here for a holiday. We were sad to leave and hope to return one day!

Grebe House, Horning. Well located in the midst of the village amenities, extremely well equipped, extremely clean and a credit to Riverside Rentals. The balcony , although small was really enjoyable looking over the village green towards the river. Lovely patio, well equipped with seating, table, and bbq. Well kept garden and exterior areas enjoying the sun nearly all day. Usual excellent service from RR.

The Annex is fantastic. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of and it is beautifully presented. The grounds are also beautifully kept, very peaceful and blessed with abundant bird life. John and June are excellent hosts. All makes for a fabulous holiday.

Owlswick is a perfect hideaway yet close to all that the Broads has to offer. It was well equipped, clean and comfy.We enjoyed the visiting wildlife and our fisherman had a great time with his constant companion the local Heron.Only comment is that we had a small dog with us and he could get through the gaps in the hedges, the addition of some mesh round the perimeter would have made it safer for him.Otherwise a perfect stay.

I'm afraid the experience that we had at The Willows was not as good as we were expecting it to be. There were several things that contributed to the overall experience that no one could have predicted or influenced. The awfull weather played a major part in that it provented us from access to the Premisses except through a drive that was about a foot under water. The high water levels of the Bure also ruined our expectations of a good fishing holiday. But that was not all, there were other minor dissapointments, like another suitable TV for children to watch. The ladies were also dissapointed in the cleanliness of the Cooker and also the fact that there was no Tumble Dryer for them to dry the childrens clothes after washing. The premisses was not up to the standard of our previous experience,s like those at Burville, and we all agree that we would not go their again. I'm sorry that this report may not be what you had hoped for, but i have been insructed to tell it how it is.Reguards, John Pride

Fabulous rental. Has everything you need and more. The best equipped rental we have ever had and the position along the river edge is perfect for fishing, paddle boarding and boat watching. Just for awareness the two single rooms are small but as you only sleep in them are perfectly adequate.

Rendezvous is a beautiful modern up to date house in a stunning location on the corner of the river Bure and a small Dyke . The location is perfect for the view of the river and all boats that pass , and for walking into Wroxham. The house is amazing !

We stayed at Willow Lodge with a picnic boat also from Riverside Rentals.The company was very professional in their handling of my booking and the accommodation was fantastic and as described. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful holiday in this very clean and well appointed property. Outlook on to the river basin and loads of visits from the local ducks and the odd heron. Horning is a quiet village but a nice walk into the village centre that has a couple of nice pubs and cafes and it's so easy to sit and watch the world go by. Horning is such an easy base to travel to the local coastal towns and village some of which are stunning. Only downside to this part of the country is next nothing as far as a mobile signal is concerned but for some that might be a blessing. We would definitely holiday in this property again. Thank you
