DO NOT USE!!Deceitful company! I placed an order in JULY which I never received and when I have tried to contact customer service they never even bother to respond!Despicable - taking people's money and not supplying the products they've paid for!!!AVOID !!!

After reading all the reviews I was very hesitant to place an order, but they were the only retailer I could find what I was looking for. I emailed them to confirm they did actually have what I was looking for. I received a reply in a day or two and they confirmed they had the trail shoes that I was interested in. I placed the order on a credit card to be safe. After placing the order, I emailed them and informed them I placed the order. In a day or two they emailed me back telling me they shipped the shoes and gave me the tracking number. From the UK to the States took about a week. Upon opening the box, I was still a little hesitant the shoes could be wrong. The shoes were exactly what I wanted. I had zero issues with this company, thank you! To the company- please give my fellow runners (trail and road) the same service I received. Strive to do better and us runners will reward you by shopping your site, thank you.

I bought online about 3 weeks ago and I didn't receive a tracking number, still waiting on my package. The only thing I got was the payment receipt no.ID39923. I have been trying to contact them on every platform and I don't get any answer also none of the phones work. very convenient....

*** SCAM!! ***ID41294-Placed my order on the 11th May, 16 days later STILL NO Communication!!I’ve tried calling, emailing and even sent a carrier pigeon! With no response!Wasted £50plus on an order that clearly isn’t going to turn up!

Only store to have the saucony runshield trainers I was looking for. Emailed them to check stock and heard back three days later. Ordered online and payment taken. Not sure if there is a website problem but didn't receive a confirmation email. A week later my trainers arrived and I'm delighted. In box, brand new, no issues with scuffs to the trainers etc. I'm a saucony regular and these are the real deal. Give this company a go!I'd give them five stars if they could fix the order confirmation and shipping notifications but maybe easier said than done. Cheers guys. Ordered on Thursday 31 May as I had event on the Sunday, and guaranteed express delivery. Two weeks later, nothing and no response to emails or calls. I never received order confirmation either. Avoid!!! Had to give one star to post review, as would not let me give zero as I wished.

First time shopping with For Runners by Runners and in contrast to other reviews, my experience was seamless. Placed order on Wednesday morning and my new shoes arrived today (Thursday) just before 1pm. Product well packaged and regular updates regarding delivery, what’s there to complain about. Will deffo recommend and be using again.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, can not track the item with the tracking number I was given. The tracking wepsite says 'Tracking information is not available for this service'. So Tried email and called many times but never respond. I hope this is not a scam but seems like it so far.Order Number ID41988

I was unhappy because I ordered a pair of trainers, paying extra for express delivery, and after nine days they had not arrived. I was initially unable to get a response from the business but they did subsequently contact me, apologising and refunding me the additional amount I paid for express delivery. The trainers arrived 24 hours later. So all was fine in the end!

After sales service has been perfect, refund given due to item not turning up. Excellent communication and I will use again due to how the issue was resolved.
