Very easy to compile and print off mirror wills for myself and my wife. Comprehensive instructions, easy to understand, straight forward process and completed in less than an hour. Great value. I heartily recommend this product.

Took my money, no way of completing the will online, no email with instructions, only info under my account is changed password. You get what you pay for and with this company that seems like nothing. Now to wait till Monday to try and get my money back. Complete waste of time.

I'm lucky to be able to access this service through defense discount, it is very good value in that respect. I have given 5 stars for the conbination of both services. It is a good product and can give you the foundation of the wishes you'd like to put in place. You do everything yourself but there is help if needed from a polite and helpful team.

A very good service, I did have a few issues inputting specific information. This was however soon rectified by customer support which were very polite and quick at solving my issue. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to put a will or even POA in place.

Bought a mirror will writing service via Livingsocial, followed the instructions on their website and was informed I would receive an email with a code, which I didn't. I then received a phone call the next morning asking if I had managed to complete my will ok - I responded that I hadn't received the email so no (I had already checked my junk and it wasn't there either). The gentleman pushed to arrange a free home visit to discuss whether this was the correct will type and to see if they could help me. I agreed but later rang up to cancel and to request the code to complete it online as promised, which they did, but the contact section of their website didn't work (captcha wouldn't show) and there was no phone number - so it's a good job I could get the number from my recent calls received. I spent quite a long time completing all the sections of the Will - property, gifts, other significant items to note, pensions, life assurance policies, savings, dependancies etc etc, to find that once I clicked generate my Will" most of that information wasn't even on there! The important stuff like what will happen to my Son etc was

Very easy to complete. when I did have a query, it was dealt with firstly via Web chat and then the advisor offered to call me to make sure I was entering details correctly. She was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Excellent price as well. Nice to know they offer free storage of your will if wanted. Very happy with my choice of provider.

Would highly recommend Active Wills on the service I've had so far.Picked up a will via Groupon, and the code didn't work, so I spoke to the online team who gave me a Wowcher code to use instead, this included will storage which was a bonus.The whole process has been straight forward with online chat being extremely friendly and helpful if I faced any issues. A few other companies could learn from this.If you are looking to create a will then this is most definitely one to go for.

We found Active Wills friendly and efficient, l couldn't download the copies of our completed wills due to only using a mobile phone however after a very helpful telephone conversation they were kind enough to post the completed documents to our address. We highly recommend this company for a competitive friendly and efficient service.

Don't waste your time. I bought a single will and ended up getting my money refunded. I booked an appointment for the consultant to come and got a text confirming it. She didn't show up then three hours later when I contacted her she said it hadn't been confirmed so we had to reschedule. She came for the meeting and we couldn't log in then it kept crashing and we had to reinput the information. She left without my documents being generated as there were errors. I was told to try it again the following week.mindid and they still didn't generate. I contacted them and someone was supposed to speak to the IT department and get back to me in 48 hours and no one did. I called and logged my problem again and still no resolution. I asked for a refund as the time, effort and frustration just wasn't worth it. They didn't seem all that bothered.

I had a heart attack two weeks ago and now I feel much more relaxed that I've been given a chance to sort my will. I had kept putting it off, and the simplicity of the online system, the help when I wanted clarification and the price. Perfect.
