The best place to get a good affordable hair cut, colour etc. I have really thick hair and it's cut and coloured so well 10/10 everytime. There's also a beautician and nail technician there, all under the same roof.... Perfect!

Impossible to get an appointment as they're always closed during the hours they say they open, and don't pick up the phone either.The only day a person that works normal hours can get an appointment is on Saturday, but obviously on Saturdays, somehow, they're always full.

Easy parking, welcoming staff ,Amy cut my hair beautifully and exactly the way I wanted.Prices were low considering the level of skill .Delighted! Will be back !

I used to love going to this place all the time as a kid and the last appointment i had here was in December. A week ago i placed an appointment. I wanted to do it at another time but i had to do it earlier because the woman on the phone said that the hairdresser for that day had to leave early which confused me because surely you have more than one hairdresser? When i went to my appointment it was closed and a rude woman standing outside had told me that the place was closed for the entire day since the hairdresser had to get a manicure. This is very unprofessional because on the website it said it was open. If an employee wants a manicure then they should do it in their own time, not when an appointment was made. If they were going to close for the whole day a phone call beforehand would have been nice as they had taken down my details to contact me. Luckily Demop" hairdressers in Headington agreed to cut my hair in 20 minutes on a short notice. Never coming here again."
