After stalking Polaris and Neil for a really long time, seeing him post on popular forums and the wealth of knowledge he shared I knew Polaris was for me. Genuinely what a company, nothing is too much trouble. No sales pressure like most companies, he wants you to feel comfortable and happy in what you’re purchasing and the aftercare is second to none. Could not recommend this machine and company more. Just incredible, so grateful I found Polaris!

I bought my first laser from Neil at Polaris Medical Ltd in 2002. Since then I have bought 2 more. All 3 have been amazing and the original one works as well as the day I bought it. They have been maintained by Polaris throughout that time. Neil is great chap to deal with and is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I have been with Neil for 7 years now. I recently purchased my second machine. I cannot recommend Polaris enough. Neil is so knowledgeable and helpful. The aftercare service is second to non. If i have any queries with regards to the machine, aftercare and problems i have encountered over the years he responds immediately with a wealth of knowledge. I spoke with Neil in great depth before purchasing a laser from him after purchasing a rubbish laser previously I wanted a laser for life. I cannot fault Neil and the training, they are always on hand for any questions and they really look after you after sales wise. Wouldn't use any other laser company.
