I went for a root removal. The place is lovely. Its very clean and all staff are very professional and put you at ease. The procedure was fully explained by the dentist. After 2 injections, a small cut followed by drilling and removal plus a stitch ; It was all over. So far its healing up. Plus I cooked and ate dinner.Thanks alot. Karen L.

Very professional. Staff were all exceptional and my wisdom tooth was extracted easily. It was done Friday and got a call today (Monday) to check I was ok. I could not fault anything about them

I was referred to Holywell House for a wisdom tooth extraction and was understandably anxious. My nerves were put at ease the minute I walked through the door. Mr Surendra Shenoy and his team are friendly, professional and clearly exceptionally talented. They communicated throughout the procedure exactly what each tool, noise and feeling was - that really helped me. They made it look simple and I was out within 20 minutes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Holywell House to friends and family in future. Thank you

Today had 2 wisdom Teeth out. Was apprehensive like most people before i went like everyone heard horror stories about wisdom tooth removal. I was absolutely amazed at how painless and quick this was. The process of numbing the area was swift and relatively pain free. The removal of the teeth was no more than 5 mins, i couldn't believe it was over so quickly. The staff are lovely and friendly , the dentist knew exactly what he was doing, Id highly recommend these guys. :)

The lady at reception (Patricia) is an absolute gem!!! They should do everything they can to keep her! Her professionalism, personality, attitude, care and ability to manage everyone's diary is 5 star worthy!My only reason for the 4 star is for the way one of the dentists attended to my 15yr old son. She could have been dealing with a tree or a table for all she cared but I don't want to say she is old school because that will be border line ageist and offensive.

Appointment with Mr Shenoy started on time (early actually!), explanation of what would be done was clear and re-assuring, the anaesthetic was skillfully administered and fully checked before work started. The work was completed quickly - but with no sense of rush - and the aftercare support notes have been excellent. I felt that I was being treated by a highly competent team who were confident in their skills, and focused on making sure that I was well treated as a patient. I shall not be unhappy if I am referred here again.!

I had an orthodontist here, an Indian woman, she made me feel utterly let down and uncared for with my care. I have autism and so I think I was easy for her to fob off my concerns that she wasn’t fixing my overbite when she said she was going to. My care started at Warwick orthodontists, but I had a couple of sessions when she saw me here at rugby.She constantly reassured me that she is tilting the bottom teeth backwards and that fixes the problem. But it didn’t fix my overbite; i still suffer symptoms such as discomfort when im eating, and my top teeth mark my bottom lips when relaxing, my teeth bite my cheeks by accident, and i have to rest my tongue on top of my bottom teeth to stop them going into the roof of my mouth, as well as more symptoms that affect me everyday.I tried to voice my concern that she never once used those small elastic bands you attach to the hooks on braces that are quite literally for fixing overbites, but was fobbed off, even though I had hook braces attached to my teeth.The icing on the cake was that when she decided she didn’t want to try and help me anymore, she left me with the braces glue on my teeth and gave my retainers for this shoddy job she had left me with.I still have the glue on my teeth a couple years later and yes it causes me discomfort. To fix the problems she neglected, I am going to have to save for years because I’ll need to now go private!Lastly, while I was under this orthodontist she was constantly extremely overbooked, getting your braces fixed if they broke was almost impossible. I would wholeheartedly try and get a different orthodontist if you are able.wherever she might be now.

A very welcoming place with staff members of the best quality. I am normally put off by dentist (or may be the fear of going to the dentist). Having a wisdom tooth removed by Dr Harry & his team of nurses was a sail through.It is now the 2nd day post surgery, with bear minimal pain, it appears to be healing very well. So a 5 star rating by me.

Just phoned to enquire about the invisalign treatment. The receptionist Patricia was very genuine, helpful and professional, she really took the time out to go into depth about the whole process. So pleased i have all the information needed. Would definitely recommend her if you are also unsure about the treatment or have lots of questions like myself.
