The missus ordered some lino couple of months ago. Quality wasn't great, but delivery really let's them down- So slow!Most vinyl stores offer next day delivery for almost the same price so real shame and let's down this business and messed us up with our project

Really disappointed, looked like they were a decent company with good reviews etc. but I placed order in March, was told out of stock but will be in stock end of April...ok fair enough so I was happy to wait. April came and went, didn't hear a peep out of them, chased up and was told it was now mid to end of May...May came and went, and still nothing so chased again and was told now mid to end of June - just copy/pasted the reply from last month. Cancelled order as I have no confidence whatsoever that they can deliver at all. Not once did they contact me to let me know there was a delay and not once did they even apologise for the delay. Really disappointed as just wasted 10 weeks waiting for nothing!

Delayed!@ I can take that but no phone call to say, had my dad in his wheel chair from 8:30am till 9am not good unprofessional.

Vinyl looking much worse than on the website. No side is a proper straight line - I have wasted a lot of time and energy trying to cut it to size.

I have to admit, I was wary around ordering from VinylFlooringUK due to mixed reviews. However, after placing my order everything has been fine and my goods have been delivered on time, with no issues what so ever. I also needed to ring & email to clarify some questions and the team were on hand to respond ASAP.Thanks

I purchased Marilyn 592 vinyl floor at a fraction of the cost of a main retailer (CR) with the view to having it fitted by a local tradesman. We were regularly kept informed of order status by text and email. At first we were informed the stock was on back order, but it was quickly dispatched and from the date of purchase until delivery was probably no later than 5 working days. I had to contact the company because I realised on the day of delivery I had accidentally put the wrong address and I wouldn't be in to receive the item, I emailed the company and rang a few times - the first 3 calls went unanswered as they were busy but I eventually got through to someone and they were very helpful, because the order was already with the courier, they couldn't change the delivery address but they passed on my mobile number to the courier but couldn't promise they would be able to contact me. In the meantime, another customer representative (Ryan) emailed us back and gave me the contact details for the courier, I managed to get hold of another helpful lady at XPD who said they would inform the driver of my mobile number, and if need be would change the delivery to my work address. The courier got hold of my husband who managed to finish work a little earlier and met him just in time to receive the parcel.I noticed a couple mixed reviews for both vinyl flooring T/A floorings uk and XPD and to be honest my experience didn't align with any of the issues others have faced.After fitting the vinyl flooring looks great and the quality is very good, absolutely no concerns with quality or shipment of the goods.

I came upon this company online by chance, and I am so glad I did. The communication, swift & cheerful delivery, the great service and quality of the product was first class. The range was wide and I easily found a style I liked. The price was great value too. Not only did it look even better on delivery than it did on the screen, but it was wrapped in another piece of cushion flooring that will probably fit my hall! I only wish I knew about them years ago! You really do get more for your floor - superb!

At a difficult time for companies to meet orders and deliver on time, Vinyl Flooring UK was reliable and our vinyl arrived on time. Sam accommodated my requests and helped choose the right flooring. I'd use this company again.

After waiting 2 weeks from another company for same product, I cancelled my order with them, managed to get it cheaper from here and was delivered within 3 days. Good quality Lino and great service, even during a global pandemic! Thanks
