I needed a heating control valve to be replaced urgently. North London Gas was able to come the same day. Arrived promptly with the right parts and got the job done neatly and quickly. Friendly and professional service - recommended.

I’d highly Flogert to anyone experiencing boiler or gas issues. He is reliable, professional and genuinely a nice guy.He helped repair a boiler issue for us. Two things stood out:1) strong technical expertise - though our boiler is from an uncommon brand, Flogert was able to diagnose the issue quickly and installed the new parts in a record speed. In the past, engineers spent couple of hours trying to figure it out.2) reliable - he kindly performed the installation on a Saturday, his off day, to ensure we have hot running water. He kept us informed on the status of the parts delivery, and made us reassured throughout the process.Thanks so much! We will call you again.

Gary was really helpful, gave excellent advice and was able to come and sort an urgent problem for me on the same day. Went above and beyond - I highly recommend.

Superb service by Gary. I needed a gas leak fixed - Gary responded nearly instantly, explained what needs to be done by annotating the photos I sent him, arrived exactly as agreed and replaced the faulty pipe very quickly. He tested the rest of the system and explained clearly what to look out for and what work might need to be done in the future. A rare breed and I won't hesitate to call Gary again.

First time to use Gary and it won't be the last. He responded very quickly to my initial enquiry, booked a job in a short timescale as I was without heat/hot water.
