I rang this company several days ago and a female who answered the phone promised a call back from an experienced member of staff. This has never happened after taking my details. So why let someone answer the phone with no experience and also does not have the capacity to pass on messages .? Very odd!

Great service. I ordered my gold and they were going to send it next day special delivery. There wasn't going to be anyone home so I rang up and requested a specific delivery day. The staff were very polite and helpful and said that wasn't a problem. My gold was delivered at 8:30am on the specified day.would definitely recommend.
