Thanks Graham and John for a great job, a top half rebuild following a timing chain failure on an A5. Not a cheap fix so I needed it doing well. Sounds great and feeling confident in their work. Highly recommend!

Absolutely spectacular service!! During COVID-19, my car was due for an MOT and it was parked at my parents. I scheduled an MOT with Graham and he arranged to have the car picked up and dropped off without having my parents leave their house. Not only did he do the MOT, but it was serviced and cleaned. The service was fantastic and I can not recommend them enough. Great find and would use again.

I had my car mot'd at Sidlesham garage and was impressed. They're very thorough and they have a comfortable waiting area and very clean toilets. Watching them deal with customers as I waited gave an insight into how they work and they're clearly passionate about their work giving amazing customer service. Although I don't use them as I have an excellent mechanic that I've used for years, I'd still recommend them. Their hourly rate is clearly displayed, and from what I saw and heard yesterday they charge parts at cost price. Much of the advice they give is to save customers money rather than to fleece them. They can't wave a magic wand however they booked me in the same day I called them, and bent over backwards to help other customers while I was waiting.So it's gotta be a 5 star review.

Always very helpful and efficient. My husband is in the navy and isn’t around all the time. They have come to my rescue quite a few times and gone the extra mile to help me out.

Rude, did not like to be questioned by a women. Did not update when parts came in. When your car would be returned? Back and forth as service not finished correctly. Judgemental and patronising awful experience. Overly expensive, more than a dealer.

They were fantastic. Diagnosed the problem with my car and managed to order the part in and repair all on the same day. No hassle or fuss. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Sidlesham Garage!

Dealt with them for eight years (new cars and some classics) and found them very professional. Would highly recommend for customer service and expertise, but mainly getting the job done at a decent price.EDIT - 14 years now, just dropped of my clunky Volvo and it's purring like a dream. Still my go to place, still recommend to neighbours and friends, never disappointed. Thank you chaps.
