I looked for a jumper seen on Internet we asked a young lady ROMILLY she went overboard to help us and found it ,I must say what a lovely young lady ,you have a wonderful member of staff not often seen these days Thank You great service

It's really a hit or miss for me. They have some really nice clothes but I struggle to find my size. Shopping for a Christmas outfit I found a gold sequin crop top in my size! It fits me ok, although I am petite and small.

Well last week I fell on their escalators which were not working at the time, the employee who was working at the time was very good in attending as I samashed in top lip and was bleeding a bit. The downside was their first aid kit only could offer a wet wipe whilst they went down stairs to get some blue paper towels. Also they said they would do a follow up next day telephone call to see how I was doing but this never happened!
