Definitely one of the more memorable and stylish conference centres, with unrivalled river and London skyline views. Large lecture theatre with several comfortable break out rooms and a chill out" area with balcony overlooking the river."

Excellent spacious venue. Central location most helpful, especially if arriving by public transport from South East England. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, never felt it was too crowded.Was here for an AQA event, great choice compared to last year. Only slight negative would be the configuration of the main conference room, far too long and narrow, never really felt in touch with the lead speakers.

Good views overlooking the Thames, well stocked self-service facilities and provisions. All important WiFi, nice open and bright space for congregating and networking. Staff were frequently available and kept the facilities clear and refreshments well supplied.

Attended ETC County Hall for a series of work days that lasted 3 full days.Large spaces, have coffee machines, great views (at least the room I was in) of the Houses of Parliment. Lunch service was tasty. Location is pretty good as well for someone travelling to London, very central.Overall a nice venue and no issues from what I could see from a participants view point.

Very elegant inside!!!They had giant teapots that stood in the grassy area just before the entrance.Inside was an elegant dining area and tea (you have to make reservations before booking unfortunately.

Great training or meeting venue. Attended an agile scrum course here. The food was good and included breakfast and lunch. There is plenty of tea and coffee facilities which are refilled regularly. The coffee is fresh bean to cup.

The venue is pleasant and the food excellent. However, the sign welcoming you to the place is too small and once you are in the building getting around can be confusing. Fortunately, the staff were all welcoming and helpful and the rooms were air conditioned.

Great venue for a conference, lots of space, friendly staff, great location.Only criticism would be that there needs to be more bathroom facilities, it can become very busy with long queues in break times
