My daughter has danced here from 3 to 19 & has had the best support & teaching, to help her become a great dancer. She has experienced great achivements and has learnt good discipline & confidence a long the way. If you want a family environment, with creative choreography, where your children will make friends for life - this is the place!

Fantastic place to learn dance, the teachers are extremely friendly and passionate about what they teach. I absolutely love dancing and there isn’t anywhere better in my opinion.

Both our daughters have had dance classes (ballet, modern and tap) here for a number of years now. They've made some great friends, whilst learning new skills, keeping fit and building their confidence. Great teachers and a very positive community. Highly recommended!

I was a student at Weymouth Dance Studio from the age of 3 until the age of 18/19. There is no doubt that the classes I took here gave me not only an excellent understanding and technique in ballet, tap and jazz dance, but the teachers and friends I had there shaped me into the person I am today.Since my training at Weymouth Dance Studio I have graduated top of my class from one of the UK’s highest regarded drama schools and I can safely say that I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the love, knowledge and experiences that WDS and the fabulous teachers there gave me.During my time as a student at WDS I was given the opportunity to compete in dance festivals across the country associated with All England Dance, winning gold and silver at the National Finals and also took part in the Dance World Cup, where 2 of my lifelong friends and I became World Musical theatre champions.I loved every minute I spent at WDS and would recommend to all parents that their children learn the joy of dance and theatre here!

My daughter has been dancing at Weymouth dance studio for 18 months, and absolutely loves it.She takes classes in ballet, tap, modern and contemporary.Weymouth dance studio offers children the chance to take ISTD Exams if they would like to.My daughter has also been fortunate enough to represent Weymouth dance studio at various events.The teaching team are fantastic and we are very much looking forward to the bi-annual show which the students will be taking part in this December.

June Hornby's Weymouth Dance Studio offers a comprehensive range of classes for all ages. The teachers are all very versatile and imaginative which is evident when the school performs its bi-annual show. Everyone works hard to maintain the school's exemplary record of exam results. Festivals and panto work are encouraged and supported. June is totally committed to her students and to the promotion of dance, adjudicating at many festivals herself throughout the year.
