What lovely people. We went in looking for wedding rings .They were absolutely brillant considering we only had 2 weeks to get them and advised me on what looked good together.They ordered them in and resized one they had in window and rang me as soon as they were in as we had to come from Ipswich. We would definitely recommend them. Thankyou to all the staff and all went well on the day.

My family and I have been using cox and sons for generations.They have always had a great selection and reasonable on price. They have also custom made jewellery for us and purchased old items back.The warm and welcoming atmosphere when you speak with the knowledgeable and passionate staff, is the reason we keep going back. Excellent service as always on Saturday 10th June 2023, lovely friendly Ladies with lots of advice and experience, cannot recommend them enough which is why they are always my first choice for jewellery and watch purchases and repairs.

To be fair, I have used Cox's for all jewellery and watches for over 40 years. Not a huge jewellery wearer, so not a huge spend, but what I do buy is always quality. £500+ watches etc. In the past the service has always been brilliant.So I don't know what happened today! We went in to pick up a new watch they had ordered for me. When we ordered it - and paid in full - we were told we could pick it up anytime they were open, and any links that needed to be removed from the strap would be dealt with immediately.This morning we went to collect the watch. There were 3 people serving, and we started a queue. Before long the queue was 5 people deep. We waited over 20 minutes, until an assistant finished serving her customer, looked at us and said I will only keep you a few seconds, disappeared and never came back!!!We were another 10 minutes before we were served. The assistant got the watch, and expected me to just stand at the counter to try it on, when other customers were sitting at tables and getting far more personal attention. I had to ask to sit down. I tried it on, and said a link needed removing as the strap was loose. She went away, came back and said it would be a while before it could be done. It eventually was, but we had been in the shop for well over 45 minutes. Not the sort of service I have ever experienced at Cox's before. Felt my custom didn't really matter. Maybe need more staff?

I took my 25 year old wedding ring in to Coxs, as I was hoping to give it to my daughter for her wedding day. It was misshapen and tarnished. Coxs did and amazing restoration on it, and now it’s as good as new! Very pleased indeed! Thank you Cox’s I highly recommend this Jewellery shop top quality retailers!

Having suffered a bad experience with a Norwich jewellers my partner and I decided to try Cox’s and can’t express how glad we are that we did. From our first visit to today’s fourth visit to source our wedding rings the service has been second to none. I would like to particularly praise Sharon who has assisted us professionally throughout, and has built a great rapport. Mr Cox has provided us with his expert advice and has always been available to answer questions.I would highly recommend Cox’s for anybody looking for a friendly yet professional retail experience.
