We made the mistake of not asking for details of the work to be completed and quoted for, to be put in writing. As things turned out, our understanding of what was to be done to the tree was a bit different what was actually done - and we had nothing in writing to demonstrate this afterwards. No problems with the work done, it just wasn't as much as we thought had been agreed; and there wasnt a lot of room for discussion afterwards. So my advice is if you are going to use Bark and Branch, then get details of the quote and what it covers in writing so everyone is clear (funnily enough their website suggests this is good practice, but it didnt happen in our case).

James and his team have provided very professional and efficient service removing tree which started to lean and became unsafe. They were very quick and organised, tree was cut down, removed and disposed safely in no time. Bark and Branch made sure to leave the area tidy and free from any tree debris. Highly recommend tree surgeons!

Great work on the fruit trees in my back garden, which were starting to look very overgrown and messy. Price was also extremely reasonable. Also did a great job of the hedges. I’m very happy with my new garden now!
