Pricing and location is good, and they have a lift and bay that make them easy to use for removals. They've been friendly and easy to contact throughout, and recommended the right storage space based on my needs.Despite my messing up by not booking a proper removal time (during Covid - appointment slots have been necessary), the staff were extremely accommodating, professional, and friendly.

The web page may tell you there is a space but when you pop in it may not be there. Unfortunately I couldn't find a place to store my items, yet staff was kind enough and the store really at the centre of the city. So whoever needs a place may need to book very very in advance.

Super helpful from day one!Mike and Corinna were very fast and efficient with setting me up with my storage unit and were always on hand with advice.Easy access for a Van and big lift to fit a huge amount of your stuff inside. They also provide some flat bed trolleys, boxes, locks and Hand trucks. Basically anything you might need they have.Had a good few laughs with them too after finding out I had a twin.Would strongly recommend this place to anyone needing storage in Brighton.Thanks for everything, whenever I might need storage next I will come back.
