I have a trade card and i always buy stuff from b&q never had any issue but the b&q staff in forge centre are quite racist didn’t even accept my trade card even do i was showing them my name and my adress and all but didn’t even talk to me properly and just said i cant help u bye very unprofessional and very unhelpful. The staaf in trade and pay and collect absolute disappointment.

I would avoid at all costs. Never had such an experience with rude staff who smirked in my face about asking to speak to a manager...I know why because he wasn't mucj better and the girl obviously knew she could get away with talking g to people in the manner she did. Tha managers answer to everything was.............. NOT MA PROBLEM MATE

Visited Monday to look for an item. Shelby on Collections soooo helpful, even when it was discovered they did not stock the item I needed this staff member Shelby took the time and effort ( all with a sunny and friendly attitude) found a store nearby where I got my item. Fantastic service

Nice selection of kitchens, bathrooms, backyard furniture and lights! Lots of inspiration to update or redecorate your home. Store was organized and staff are nice.

I was in here today and needed some advice on splashboards, Eden and Keith provided perfect customer service, very helpful and gave some really good advice and saved me ££££'s !! Nothing seemed any effort from them and they had both had smiling faces... thankyou :)

The staff helpful and friendly unlike the east Kilbride branch telling me a line of lies claiming the parkhead branch had vast stock of the Janus light fitting when in fact they never also another negative towards the was Kilbride branch lying they couldn't request a special order for me the parkhead branch on the positive had no problems ordering the light fitting for me

Best example of idiots at work . Very rude behaviour towards custumer. Hired a rug doctor for 48 hours and went to return it they deneied my deposit back saying thats the cost for drying it as it look wet from outside rediculous reason for keeping my deposit . Told them its raining outside but that wont be anyhelp . Rediculous rediculous customer service . My last visit to b n q.

Ridiculous, waited 15 minutes at the till to get a price check, on the shelf the item had a reduced price but at the till it was 100-percent dearer 2 additional shoppers had the same experience the staff are clluless, I would not recommend.
