We have been working with Best City Rooms for over 5 years and are very happy with how efficient, professional, knowledgeable and responsive they are. Lorraine and Ben go above and beyond...exceptional service! We are so impressed after 2 years that we have handed over several of our properties to Best City Rooms. Highly recommended.

Liars and thiefs , would not recommend . Do not do nothing in house with maintenance , does nothing about raised problems . Awfull agency . Scamers to me . Would give -5 if i could .They dont even have an office like they say they do . Have to do everything yourself in house , garden , fix problems , Cleaners like they say comes every 2 week , never comes :DBurn this agency with fire , while it did not spread.

Great experience renting with best city rooms, would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent. I felt the team at Best city rooms genuinely cared for me as a tenant and made sure I was always having a pleasant renting experience. Ben, Cherish and Lorraine all are wonderful people to work with. I have lived and rented in Leicester for 8 years. Out of many landlords and letting agents, Best City rooms are hands down the best renting experience I’ve had in this city. The prices are affordable and everything is always stress free. Staff are accommodating, friendly and fair. Highly recommend

Id give this company 0 stars if i could. I would recommend never doing business with them unless you like A. Living in dirty house B. Living with inconsiderate dirty housemates. C. Having a landlord that does not care at all about problems A and B. D. Being ignored over and over when you raise concerns. E. Never having any of your problems resolved at all. F. Enjoying appalling customer service. G. Having to clean up other tenants mess ans wash up their pots if you ever want to actually cook or eat. and H. Being completely sold a lie. DO NOT rent from this company. Theyre an absolute joke and im absolutely disgusted in them. Seriously, there are many places to rent. Avoid Best City Rooms...their business name is ironic...best?? More like disgusting.
