Ive had a very good experience as a student with flexi store. They had timely pick up and delivery and items were in good condition upon delivery. Delivery driver Claudel also helped me with carrying my boxes. I highly recommend this service to students.

Awful experience. Missold a service, our items weren't returned when booked, despite being confirmed twice. They then blamed us for their system error and had the audacity to take £95 extra from my bank account. One staff member ridiculed us on the phone when we were *begging* for access to medication and mobility aids which they were holding from us. Do not use under any circumstances.

Extremely satisfied with a great service!I had a number of personal belongings that needed removing and put into storage in Manchester whilst I was living in Australia. As you can imagine, the idea of having to coordinate from such a great distance was somewhat stressful to me, but I need not have worried at all, because everything was taken care of.Flexistore's manager, Mark was very communicative, warm, friendly and helpful over email and tailored his service to fit my particular needs, for both pick-up and delivery.A real pleasure to deal with; and flexible too, as the name suggests. I'm so glad that I picked Flexistore.

Terrible service. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff… particularly the guy who responds to the manchester flexistore phone line… I understand answering the same questions can be frustrating but this is your job and you’re speaking to students. act like it. they’re paying YOU. Would never recommend due to the disrespect and I’ll service I’ve experienced these past 2 weeks

Extremely disappointing service. I specified a few big items for them to pack and they were missing. I contacted them several times both through emails, calls, and messenger to receive no response on what action can be taken to settle the missing items. They told me they will follow up but it has been months (since August and its now October) Company also left me on read after I asked them why no one has contacted me to follow up.

Flexistore is reliable for storing your stuff over the summer holidays. Claudel is a really nice delivery driver I have met several times when I helped many students move their boxes into their rooms. Great service overall.

I've used Flexistore's student storage all throughout my uni years and they always provided excellent service at a great price. The transporters were careful with my boxes and suitcases, which arrived in the same condition I packed them in. They even offered and helped me carry them in and out of my flats each time, which was very kind! Overall, I am very satisfied and recommend them to any student in need of storage.

I have used the student storage option provided by Flexistore Manchester and I have to say I was very impressed by their service.They organized the pick-up immediately after calling them, as well as delivering all the packing materials to my house. Their storage policy is flexible so I did not have to worry about my things overstaying their welcome. Finally, when it came to re-delivery, they organized shipping to another country.It was a pleasure dealing with their staff, who were always prompt and helpful.I'd recommend their service to anyone!

Extremely disappointing. They packed down my student dorm room after I had to leave due to an emergency. Items that had any value were missing. I contacted them many times both through emails and calls, only to receive no response on what action can be taken to settle the missing items. They told me they will follow up but it has been months. Company also left me on read after I asked them why no one has contacted me to follow up. Urge anyone to look for a different storage service!
