AVOID. Months and months of no communication, lies and deceit. Sharon heads it up and instead of sending our rent payments, would be on holiday in Dubai. Her team would say she’s off sick. Sometimes it’d be almost 6 months of them withholding my tenant’s rent. Right now I’ve taken my property back and they’ve kept the deposit and all ignore all emails and refuse to pick up the phone. Use any other agent but this one!

I can say that without doubt this is the worst letting agent I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in 20 years as a landlord. They are inefficient, slow, no communication skills and worst of all dishonest. They will not respond to emails, make up numerous lies and excuses, not take care of property maintenance issues and collect rent but not pay it to the landlord which is totally unacceptable and tantamount to theft. Sharon Taylor is a liar and thief. Avoid like the plague
